Yes, they do invade. They can read your contacts, your texts, but only same can do various. I have taken a picture of those apps. Sorry the picture is bad Taking pictures at quater to nine in the dark isn't the best thing or time in the world...

But, Speaking for myself, I could careless about Apps reading My Texts, I have nothing to hide.
It would be pretty safe. Just do not download any apps that invade privacy. It shows a warning before downloading.

Yeah. I am gonna like get a Touch when I have £63 pounds more saved up, and I"m gonna avoid those apps in the picture... Plus, I wouldn't get the Facebook app as 1) I don't have Facebook 2) I won't ever get Facebook as they invade your privacy. Also, my dad just told me that Google can from now on, look at your web browsing history and make a data profile about you and what you buy on Ebay, what you search on Google.
