Here is my awesome forum, if anyone wants to join. Its pretty cool, laid back, and you can talk about just about anything, its not really about just one topic.


We are still pretty small, only been around since about January, and we have only a few active members, so any new members are more then welcome.

Just a few suggestions regarding the theme:
1) It's too dark, in my opinion if you want to go with a dark colour throughout the forum use grey or something a bit lighter. Black just makes it very hard to read.

2) You need to have your own logo, using the standard one that came with that theme is ok when you start but you should really put up even a temporary one at this point of the forum's life.

As far as 1 goes, i cant fully agree, lots of people really like the color and design of the forum, so i dont really want to mess that up. However, i do think we should change the logo thing, but i honestly dont know how.

If people like it then I suppose it's ok. It's still very hard though to make out certain things. As for logo, GIMP, Paint or any free image editor would do to make a temporary one. If you didn't want to do it yourself make it a contest with a prize of some sort. I used Photoshop CS5 to make Techy Board's temporary logo, I hosted a contest for logo design and someone posted a good one. Trick is to keep members involved in some forum activities.

Okay, thanks for the advice, I'll try the Logo thing.
